Follow these steps to set up the accounts:

1. Touch System Config > User-Defined Lists.
2. Navigate to the General Ledger tile.
3. Add QuickBooks accounts to match the ScrapDragon accounts (Cash, Write-off, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Exchange Gain or Loss where applicable). The accounts will be matched on the Display Value.
4. Touch System Config > Yards.
5. Search for a yard or Show All.
6. Select the yard from which the QuickBooks transfer will take place.
7. Navigate to the GL Accounts tab.
8. For all of the Account drop downs, select the matching QuickBooks Account. If you do not see any accounts listed in the drop downs, go to back to step
