Certificate Type Maintenance

Certificate Types may be added and edited here. When you set up certificate types you are setting up the types of certificates and not entering details about the certificates themselves.

When you add a Certificate Type, give each type a unique code and add a description.

Certificate Source is important. It may be customer provided, such as HVAC or yard generated, such as the Texas Cash Card.

Certificates may be one time use and may apply to selected or all commodities.

Set when the certificate type is to be applied. Is is used on purchase, for cash purchases, EZCash or when paid by check?

What action is to take place for this certificate type? Will it be saved to the customer certificates table and will the images be saved when a ticket is closed?
