Edit Paid Ticket

Paid tickets can be edited. You may have to assign a drawer before you can get to the Search screen to edit the paid ticket. Once on the search screen, select the yards and lookup the ticket by ticket number. Select the ticket to edit it. Note that there may be more than receipt for a ticket if the ticket has been paid using cash and check, for example.

The Edit Paid screen displays after you select a ticket. There are four tabs containing the ticket details.

The General tab displays the ticket and customer information.

Button	Description
	If the ticket commodity is automobiles, you may need to edit the VIN.
	Save the scanned documents.
	Take a picture manually.
	Pay the ticket after making changes.
	Reprint the scale ticket.
	Reprint the receipt.
	View the images related to this ticket.
	Save the updated ticket.
	Close the current screen.
