Follow these steps to set up the inventory items.
- Touch Back Office > Inventory Master.
- Search for an inventory item or Show All.
- Select the desired inventory item and touch the Edit button to open the Edit Inventory Item page.
- Under the General Ledger Accounts section find the field labeled G/L Id. This field represents the item name in QuickBooks.
- Touch Save to save changes and exit.
Repeat these steps for all transferable inventory items.
