Use Manage Locked Items to unlock and lock the items on the list. The list can be filtered by tickets, packs, shipments, transfer sent, bookings and pack list.

Generally, locked items are one of two things:

• Could be something the customer is using.
• Locked because the customer stopped using the system and they were left locked.

Buttons	Description
	Unlock all items.
	Clear the current item.
	Select all items.
	Update the screen/list.
	Close the screen.
