Use the Override Reward Points to override the existing loyalty reward points for a specific customer. On the left side of the screen, search for the customers and select the dates for which you want to recalculate rewards after selecting the customers.

After the dates have been applied, this confirmation message is shown.

Button	Description
	Select all items.
	Unselect the customers.
	Override the points for the selected customers.
	Close the screen.
