From the Dispatch menu, you can view and add Service Agreements.

When a customer is selected, select Agreements. The agreements for this customer will show in the working window.

You can use the  to view the details of the agreement and make changes.

If a customer is not selected, you can start a new agreement by choosing New Agreement.
