The Configuration menu contains the administrative tasks. You need to complete these before you’re ready to use Scrap Dragon. All the workstations can be accessed and updated through Local Computer Options. The settings for all workstations are shown and not just the one you’re currently working on. Any profile may be edited. The same profile may be used by more than one workstation. You'll also learn about setting up the button menus, maintaining drawers and making customer fields required.

Customer Requirements |
Select the customer type. In this case you are viewing required fields for Retail customers. Those fields highlighted in yellow and having a check mark next to the field are required fields. This means that for each customer those fields must have an entry. You can also set up a template this way – for required fields. If there are no required fields, then when you create the customer choose which type of customer it is applied to. Based on the required field choices for which you set up a template, the template is applied to all industrial customers, for example.
