Unvoid Ticket

There is a new User Menu option to allow you to Unvoid a ticket.

To set this up:

  1. Choose from the home page.
  2. Now, choose  .

     

  3. After you choose the position that needs access to this User Menu option, notice that Unvoid ticket appears as available in your User menu items list.
  4. Select Unvoid ticket and drag it to your Assigned User Menu items.

  5. And Select Save.

To Unvoid a Ticket:

  1. Select  from the home page.        

  2. Choose Unvoid Ticket and then select Run User Menu Item from the action items.

  3. Select a voided ticket and choose  to view any JPEGger images for the ticket, or choose  to unvoid it.

    Note: The ticket is now removed from the voided tickets and can be found in the Closed Tickets.
