During ticket processing, when a customer has been weighed (gross) before unloading their commodity, you may want to place the ticket on hold (still in the yard).

Touching the Hold Ticket button brings up a Hold Ticket Description screen that has the customer name at the top, and a typewriter key at the bottom. Above the keyboard area is a set of buttons. These buttons provide the ability to touch a vehicle description into the hold screen description title that will later be used to continue processing the ticket.

You may want to define the vehicle type that most commonly come to your yard. Touch Tow Truck or ExtCab or Trailer instead of typing.

Touch any button on the page to edit that selection.

Make any changes, and touch the Save button to save changes.
