Pack Lists Tab

The Pack Lists tab shows a list of packing lists. Once you select a list you may view the packs associated with the selected list, and details by tag number or material.

Contract totals for gross, tare and net weights are shown along the bottom. You may add, edit or print the lists. a contract is created, customers

The Selected List tab shows the selected list details and summary totals. The List # and Shipment # are shown along the top for the highlighted list. The List Date and Seal # may be updated and the details printed.

The Details by Tag # shows the list of tag numbers and details shown for this Pack List. Create a new tag, add a tag, remove the selected tag, clear a line, edit a tag or view pictures. The line below the Add Tag row of buttons becomes available when you add a packing list or create a new tag. The Inventory Processing screen displays where you can choose the material and add the weights and close the pack.

The Details by Material tab shows the list of available inventory and tags loaded. Select the tags from teh Available Inventory list and move them to the Tags Loaded list if they're included as part of the Pack Lists associated with this contract. Or select the Tags Loaded that you do not want included in the list and remove them from the list. They return to the Available Inventory list. Total units and units for each list are shown along the bottom.
