The Scheduler displays drivers and their assigned trips. Service Requests can be added using the button in the bottom left of the screen. Trips can be added using the blue Add Trip button that appears when hovering the mouse over a timeslot.
Filters
Drivers and trips displayed on the scheduler can be filtered using the box in the top left of the screen. Clicking
will open a dropdown, allowing you to filter by a specific driver or drivers. Multiple drivers can be selected from the dropdown.
Using the buttons of the calendar field in the Date box allows the Scheduler to be filtered by date.
Trips Box
The Trips Box in the upper right corner allows for new trips to be created using the button. This will open the Add a Trip dialog box. More information on Adding a Trip can viewed on the Adding a Trip page of this Help Document. Overdue trips are also displayed in the Trip Box and can be assigned to a driver by clicking the blue button displaying the number of Overdue trips:
. Clicking this button will open a dropdown displaying all Overdue trips.
The button can next to each trip can be pressed to open the Trip Edit Dialog Box. More information on editing trips can be views on the Trips page of this Help Document.
Unassigned Service Requests Box
Service Requests can be created and assigned, and existing service requests can be added to a trip or edited using the Unassigned Service Requests box in the upper right corner of the screen.
Clicking will open the Add Service Request dialog box. More information on Adding a Service Request can be viewed on the Service Requests page.
The other button in the Unassigned Service Requests box displays the number of current Service Requests. Clicking on it will open a dropdown menu displaying available unassigned service requests.
Clicking the button opens the Edit Service Request Dialog Box for that trip.
Clicking the button opens the Add Trip dialog box and allows you to add a trip to the service request and assign tasks for that trip.
