Service Requests

The Service Requests Tab displays service requests and provided multiple filters to search for specific service requests. Like all pages in the Dispatch Module, a Service Request can be created using the  button. Service Requests can also be created using the  button next to the left of the column headings on the screen.

 

Service Requests can be searched in the top left corner of the page in the Search box. They can be searched using the Search Field or using the icon.

 

The Filters Box allows you to sort Service Requests by Date, Status (All, Requested, In Process, Fulfilled), and Type (All, Ticket, Shipment). Filters will by default exclude Assigned Service Requests, but Assigned Service Requests can be included by unchecking the Exclude Assigned Check Box.

The bottom half of the screen displays all service requests specified in the search and filters. Each column displays: Service Request Number, Type, Status, Customer, Driver, Truck, Container #, Container Type, Commodity, Date, and Trip #. Clicking on a column heading will order the service requests displayed based on the information in that column.

Existing service requests can be edited using the icon.
