   To add a New Shortcut:    

1. From the Home Screen, choose the  menu.   
2. From the Admin menu, choose the  tile.
3. Now, select the  Action Item.
4. Fill in the Shortcut List Name.
5. Fill in the Shortcut Path or URL Link by either pasting in the link in the empty field or search for a file by selecting  Action Item.
6. Select the Positions for which you want the shortcut displayed on the menu.
7. To upload an icon to show on the tile, choose the  Action Item and searching for a file.

   
                  

8. Now, Choose .
9. Logout, and then log back in for the shortcut to display.
