In Scrap Dragon 3.2.2 and later versions you can add commodities to your inventory from the Buy Module by using the Add to Inventory button. The Add to Inventory button appears on the Edit Details Page.

Allow Inventory Pack must be enabled in the Local Configuration Settings for the workstation to be able to fully use the Add To Inventory function from the Buy Module.

When the Add to Inventory button is pressed the above screen is displayed. The table below explains what each button on this screen does.

 

Button	Description
	Change the pack type by selecting one. Click the image to enlarge.
	Gross, Tare and Quantity Buttons are now locked in the Add to Inventory Screen since this information should be added when creating a ticket.
	Select the location for this commodity.
	Specify the customer you purchased the inventory item from. Usually this does not get changed as you’ve chosen the customer earlier.
