This is the main buy screen from which you begin a ticket. Create a quick ticket if you don't know the customer, a customer ticket if you do, or view held, closed or paid tickets.

Touch this button to look up prices for any commodity You may want to use this when a customer asks about bringing in a material. You can view the scale and tier pricing for the selected material. Prices are set up in the Commodity Master File.

Create a new shipment. (Also available in the Sell menu.) |

View held shipments. (Also available in the Sell menu.) |

View closed shipments. (Also available in the Sell menu.) |

Create a Service Request Ticket. |

View available transfers. (Also available in the Sell menu.)

View the held ticket list where you can choose a ticket to preview. | |

View the closed ticket list. You may choose to view a ticket. | |

View the paid ticket list and choose a ticket to view. | |

Create a Quick Ticket. You do not need to enter customer information at the time you create a quick ticket. Details may be added later. The customer will say A VALUED CUSTOMER. | |

Create a customer ticket. Find the customer prior to creating the ticket. | |
 |
Close the Buy Module. |
