Hold Ticket

When working with a Ticket at the truck scale, you will most likely need to put a ticket on hold after taking an initial weight. While the truck loads or unloads, before you can get the second weight, you will use the button to place a ticket on hold while you work with other customers.

On the Hold Description screen, enter information about the vehicle to help you find the correct held ticket when the truck returns after unloading; such as color or other distinguishable characteristics of the vehicle. Select the buttons to add relevant information about this vehicle.

Note: The items displayed on this screen are user definable for your yard and set up in System Config > Hold Quick Keys.
