Follow these steps to create a new pack.

1. Touch Inventory > Inventory Processing > New Pack.

 2. On the Inventory Processing screen, select an inventory item. #1 CU, for example.

This screen shows that copper has been added. The tag number and inventory item are shown along the top. In the preview area on the right, the location, default pack type, tag number and other details may be shown. The Pack Type is the default set in the inventory master file.

 

 3. Change the pack type, if necessary. The screen shows the copper is being packed in a box.

  

 4. Add the gross and tare weights.

 

5. Touch the location for this pack and touch Select.

6. Touch Bought From if you wish to select the customer the copper was purchased from.

7. Touch Close Pack when finished. Or, touch Hold Pack and return to finish this pack later.
