On the imaging tab, you will configure all of the imaging devices for this workstation. There are two tabs: General and Camera. We’ll look at the General tab first.

On the General tab, check Allow Buy Pictures if you have the buy side module.  Check Allow Sell Pictures if you have the sell side module and want to take pictures of shipment.  Check Allow Tag Pictures if you have the sell side module and want to take pictures of inventory packs.  Enter the path to the program.

 

 

On the Camera tab, select the close, pay and customer face cameras from the drop downs.

• The Close Ticket camera captures an image whenever a ticket is closed.  This is not common. 
• The Pay Ticket camera captures an image whenever a ticket is paid. This is usually a close up picture of the customer. Select  the Customer Face camera to specify it.
• Checking the Pause Cashier camera interrupts the ticket close process to allow the image to be triggered manually. 
• Select the document and identification from the drop down. Enter the form id/Pdf directory. If you are enabling mobile pictures, select the check box and enter the mobile directory and select the Mobile Camera from the drop down.
