In Scrap Dragon X 3.2.2 and later version, the Edit VIN action item button only appears after an Automobile has been added to the customer ticket.

The steps to Edit a VIN for an automobile purchase are:

1. Add the Automobile to the ticket.
2. Click the  VIN Edit Action Item button in the lower right hand corner.
3. Enter the vehicle details on the Edit VIN screen (shown below).
4. Press Save when done.

Note: You can add multiple vehicles to a customer.
