You can see the positions that have already been created. Positions are used to create groups of users that make security management easier.
For example the Scale Operator position would include all of your users that work operating the scale.
To add a Position, select Add .
Type in the name and description.
Now, lets assign the roles that we would like this position to have. To filter this list, choose the drop-down menu and filter the roles by role type.
Simply click and drag the roles that you want to assign to the assigned roles column.
Or you can use the button to add all roles to the position. If you use the button a prompt will appear asking "would you like to add restrictive roles as well?" Depending on what you are setting up, you will either click yes or no on this prompt. Once you've responded to the prompt the roles will be added.
You can use the Action Item button to set the User Menu items that will be available to the different roles at your yard.
