Service Agreements

If you want to see our e-Learning video on Processing Service Agreements, click this icon Editing Tickets .

Select Service Agreements to display the search screen. Select a customer or lookup a customer's location.

When a customer is selected, the search Service Agreements screen is shown. Add or edit a selected screen. Filter on priority Type.

Touch Location Lookup to view the locations for this customer.

The Edit Service Agreement screen allows you to add General and Dispatch details.

When Create Work Order is touched, this screen is shown and may be edited. The Priority set in the Service Agreement is the default setting for the Work Order priority but it may be changed.
