Ticket Info

In Scrap Dragon X 3.2.2 and later versions, Ticket Info can be accessed using the  button at the top of the screen. The ticket number displayed in this button will change with each new ticket. This button appears at the very top of the commodities menu.

The Ticket Info screen is where you can update the customer, vehicle, trailer and additional information. The items that are grayed out cannot be changed. Update the customer, vehicle and trailer information by touching the magnifying glass icons, which displays the list of customers, vehicles and trailers.

Update the customer by touching the icon in the Customer box, which displays the search screen where you can find the customer. You may change the customer, pay to, and carrier using the  icon in each box, respectively. Edit the first and last name. Add the description, driver license number, source and freight.

You can use the buttons at the bottom to View Approvals, Save Doc Scans, Scan a Drivers License and Take a Thumbprint.

Vehicles can be edited using the  button. More information on editing customer vehicles can be found in the Delivery Vehicle Help article.

 

Additional Information is added Ticket Box. Enter the number of passengers, cars, tires and add the PO# and contact person's name. Select the Print Prices Checkbox to display prices on documents. Select the Legal Owner checkbox if this person is the legal owner.

Button Description

View Approvals for this customer. You can add and delete approvals here if the permissions are enabled for the user to do so.

 

Save scanned documents.
Scan a thumbprint of the customer.
Scan the customer's driver's license.
Close the screen without saving changes.
Save any changes to the Ticket Info and close the screen.
