View Held Tickets

This screen opens when you touch View Held. When you retrieve a held ticket, tickets are shown in a list. The information shown on the ticket is customizable for your yard. In this case, only the ticket number and held ticket amount are shown.

You can search for tickets using the Filter field at the top of the screen.

Clicking on a held ticket tile allows you to preview the ticket without opening the ticket.

The Preview Ticket screen shows you the ticket number, the customer name, the ticket amount and an image associated with the ticket.

Clicking will open Jpegger and show images associated with the held tickets for your yard.
