After selecting the Quick Ticket Menu option, the ticket entry screen will open:

The ticket entry screen looks and functions almost identically for the Quick Ticket and the Customer Ticket. The only difference you will see is that the quick ticket will always be assigned to customer 9999999. In that case, the customer name for customer 9999999 has been setup in the Customer Master file as A VALUED CUSTOMER. You can assign a different name to the special customer number 9999999 and your tickets will reflect the name you have chosen.  Click here to continue and learn how to build a ticket.
