Ticket Entry Screen

This is how the scale operator should proceed through a ticket once a quick ticket or customer ticket is selected.

Step 1: Select a commodity - Once a commodity has been selected, buttons appear on the bottom of the screen, so the operator can capture a weight, view ticket information, or change the price at any time, in any sequence.

Step 2: Get the Weight - Click here for instruction on how to retrieve the weight from the scale.  Repeat for additional commodities.

Step 3: Enter Deducts (optional) - Click here for instruction on how to enter deductions at the scale, if necessary.

Step 4: Override the Price (optional) - Click here for instruction on how to override the price, if necessary.

Preview the receipt area for accuracy and completeness.

Correcting Mistakes with Edit Details

Using the Edit Details screen, each commodity can be highlighted, and the percent of each commodity can be entered. Another option is to Make Equal the percentages for each commodity. This divides the total weight percentage among all commodities.

Truckload Weight
The Truckload section of the Ticket Information screen allows the operator to change the Gross and / or Tare weight for this ticket.

Commodity Weights from - Also in the Truckload Weight section of the Ticket Information screen is a selection to choose if Truckload Commodity weights are calculated using weight or percentage. When multiple commodities are on one truck, this selection allows the operator to divide the truckload weight for each commodity totals based on weight or by percentage.
