The edit details button can be used to correct mistakes that are discovered on a previous line in a ticket. Touching the Edit Details button displays a list of all the items on the ticket. Any displayed line item can be removed or edited.
Using the scroll arrows on the left side, it is possible to cycle through the commodities currently on the ticket. To make use of the buttons on the bottom of the screen, scroll to the desired line to begin the editing process for that commodity. After making any changes, touch OK, to confirm the changes and to be directed back to ticket entry screen.
Delete Line - Touching the Delete Line button will prompt the user to confirm if he wants to remove the highlighted line on the ticket.
Add to Inventory - Touching Add to Inventory will allow the user to add the item to inventory.
Apply Balance - Touching Apply Balance will allow the user to add the balance remaining to the selected commodity. This is used when weights are entered as a percentage.
Commodity - Touching the Commodity button will display the current menu set up for this station. At this point, select a new choice to replace the current commodity. Selecting a new commodity will automatically adjust the scale price for that item.
Price As - Touching Price As will display the current menu where you can select an item to price the commodity as.
Serial Number- Touching Serial Number will allow you to enter the serial number for this commodity.
Gross - Touching the Gross button will allow the user to change the gross weight.
Tare - Touching the Tare button will allow the user to change the tare weight.
Deduct - Touching the Deduct button will prompt the user with choices to deduct for extraneous weight on the scale. To set up these choices go to User Definable Tables and select deduction reason.
Price - Touching the Price button will allow the user to enter in a price override. For more information, click here.
Dollar Deduct - Touching the Dollar Deduct button will prompt the user with choices to deduct for extraneous weight on the scale. To set up these choices go to User Definable Tables and select deduction reason. The difference between weight deduct and deduct dollar, is deduct dollar will deduct a dollar amount associated with the extraneous material, whereas weight deduct will deduct a weight that the user enters.
