Scale Configuration

The Scale configuration section lets you setup your scale(s) to work properly within Scrap Dragon.

You may designate up to four scales. Each scale has a "Button Label" input area, and an "Interface By " area.

You may identify each scale by inputting the Button Label name for that scale. If you want scale 1 to be labeled "Truck Scale" enter "Truck Scale" into the input area. Then, whenever you ask for a weight within the program, that scale will be shown as "Truck Scale".

You must then select if the scale is configured by Custom Program or by Number. If the scale is configured by custom program, you must then select that program using the file selection tool.

A Manual Gross Weight and Manual Tare Weight select drop down list asks if you want to:

Always allow a manual weight,
Only allow a manual weight when the scale reads 0, or
N for Only if No Scale response.

Use the Round manual Weight Over box if you will be rounding weights over a certain weight, and the to Nearest box to govern the rounding.

You must also enter the number of scales you are using.
