The Deductions screen is used to add multiple deductions at one time by touching the Add button.

To open the Deductions screen a commodity must be added to the ticket and the commodity must have Gross and Tare weight entered. Click the   button.

The Deductions screen is divided into several areas:

• The By Percent % is used when you choose to add a deduction as a percentage of the net weight of the commodity. There may only be one deduction if By Percent % is selected.
• Deductions list can be accessed by clicking the Reason tile. This will open a dropdown containing all deduction reasons for your yard.
• List of deduction reasons in the drop down. Choose one for each deduction added.
• The deduction weight / amount field shows the keyboard entries.
•  The numeric keypad where you add the deduction. Touch OK to confirm the entry and Update Ticket when you have added all deductions. You will be returned to the ticket.

 This is an example of a Reason tile. By clicking it, the dropdown menu containing deduction reasons will display, as shown in the image below.

Here's an example showing two deductions - one by weight and one by dollar amount.

You may also add a deduction by percent. However, only one deduction by percent is allowed per line item.

	Add a deduction line item.
	Remove the deduction line item.
	Clear the entry.
	Clear all entries Confirms the deduction.
	Backspace.
	Confirm the deduction.
	Close the deductions without making changes.
	Updates the ticket to show the deductions.
