Ticket Info

If the situation requires it, the scale operator has the option of capturing additional information about the customer and the load using the Ticket Info button.

Ticket Date - Touching this button will enable the capability to change the date on the ticket.

Customer - Touching this button provides the possibility to change the name of the customer attached to the ticket.

Pay To - Touching this button enables the capability to change who the ticket is paid to if different from the customer name. If the
              pay to is different than the customer name, pressing the button will display the customer list. From here it is possible to
              select the pay to from this list or if the name is not listed, create a new customer by touching New Cust in the bottom left
              corner. For tips on adding a new customer see Adding a New Customer.

Carrier - Touching this button enables the capability to change who the carrier is if different from the customer name. If the
              carrier is different than the customer name, touching the button will display the customer list. From here it is possible to
              select the carrier from this list or if the name is not listed, create a new customer by touching New Cust in the bottom left

First Name - Touching this button allows the first name on the ticket to be changed.

Last Name - Touching this button allows the last name on the ticket to be changed.

Description - Touching this button allows the description of the ticket to be changed.

Transport - Touching this button allows you to choose whether the customer is a walk up or in a vehicle.

Driver Lic# - Touching this button will produce the ability to edit the driver's license number.

Driver Lic St. - Touching this button allows the driver's license state to be changed.

Source - Touching this button allows the source to be changed.

Freight - Touching this button allows the freight details to be changed.

Show Prices on Ticket - Will prices be shown on the ticket?

Legal Owner - Will the legal owner be shown on the ticket?

Print Prices? - Will the prices be printed on the ticket?

Imaging

Save Doc Scans - Touching this button will save a ll a scanned documents.

Take Manual Pix - Touching this button will take a manual picture.

Take Thumbprint - Touching this button will take a thumbprint.

Scan License - Touching this button will scan the driver's license.

View Customer Scans - Touching this button will display all the customer scans from this transaction.

View Ticket Pix - Touching this button will display all pictures that have been taken from this transaction.
